Dragon Ball Super 10 follows the Tournament of Power with a Galactic Patrol pursuit involving the escaped prisoner Moro. His objective is the Dragon Balls of New Namek, and Goku and Vegeta join the effort to stop him. This is a new space adventure after the tournament, rather than another book of its matches. VIZ's setup also gives the pursuit a practical obstacle: proximity lets Moro drain his opponents' energy. The premise identifies the new conflict without establishing where the anime and manga separate.

Moro's ability to drain energy by proximity makes bringing help an awkward proposition. In the publisher's setup, Goku and Vegeta join the Galactic Patrol to stop an escaped prisoner seeking New Namek's Dragon Balls. The people gathering to resist him must also contend with losing the resource on which their resistance depends. This is different from merely meeting someone who can hit harder: staying close enough to confront the opponent is itself part of the advertised difficulty. That reading identifies the premise's pressure on the rescuers. It does not establish how quickly the draining works, whether every ally is equally vulnerable, or which tactic will defeat it.
