Komi's class prepares for its final culture festival while exams offer a reason to sit it out. VIZ makes her responsibility as class representative central to organizing the booth. This opens the last festival's practical problem: choosing to participate creates work that somebody must coordinate. Read it as a late school-event section with consequences for the classmates as a group, rather than only another occasion for the central couple.

The class could decline the festival and concentrate on exams. VIZ instead describes Komi, prompted by Najimi, convincing everyone to participate and then having to organize the booth. That sequence makes persuasion accountable: winning agreement creates an obligation to help the agreed plan happen. It is a more substantial test of communication than merely attracting a friendly response. The event is identified as the classmates' last festival, so it also carries a natural deadline. The closing school-year setting gives cooperation a limit; an unfinished booth cannot be rescued by indefinitely promising to do better at the next festival.
