My Hero Academia volume 36 carries the planned confrontation into battles across Japan. The heroes have largely achieved the initial separation of their opponents, but the fighting now has to justify that setup. Readers need the preceding operation to understand why the confrontations are distributed this way. This is sustained battle material, best kept with the books on either side rather than bought as a self-contained clash between just one pair of characters.

Separating the villains is an organizational success, not an automatic victory. VIZ follows the plan with Todoroki facing Dabi, Endeavor and Hawks confronting All For One, and the airborne U.A. crew opposing Tomura. The spread matters because an operation can begin as intended while each group still faces an unresolved fight. The youngest heroes also have essential work at U.A., preventing the strategic overview from reducing them to spectators. Read this as the test of a plan under pressure: arranging opponents is only the first part of being able to defeat them.
