Saitama's dissatisfaction returns after the tournament and invasion work in One-Punch Man. The opening premise places his strength beside a continuing sense of emptiness, with King offering advice about being a hero. Continue here for that return to the character problem behind the fights. It is a pause in what Saitama wants from his ability, though the publisher also keeps the Monster Association active through its approach to Sonic.

More activity has not produced the meaning Saitama wanted. The publisher explicitly says King's lecture does not help, which makes the conversation a useful refusal of the easy advice scene. Having someone describe how to live like a hero cannot manufacture satisfaction on demand. This is not the book to choose as the run's main battle showcase: its distinguishing premise is the failure of a conversation to solve what victory also left unresolved. The Monster Association's servants closing in on Sonic prevent a claim that the whole book is restful. The breather belongs to Saitama's question, not to everyone's circumstances.
