Fuuka gives Yotsuba a perfect score after she answers all the questions on a test. In the publisher's description, that success sits beside an excited list of what school might offer, from painting to wearing a backpack. A successful demonstration can make an unfamiliar place seem easier to imagine, but it cannot establish every condition the child will encounter there. The distinction gives this volume's advertised premise a turn toward anticipation rather than actual enrollment. Yotsuba has something encouraging to build an expectation on; the description has not shown whether the expectation survives a school day.
