YuYu Hakusho 10 opens during Kurama's tournament fight inside smoke that keeps most spectators from seeing him. Its first chapter gives the confrontation space, then cuts away to Yusuke's separate ordeal and need for water. The catalog's disputed chapter endpoints remain blank, so this is identified by volume rather than a supposedly exact online chapter handoff. The analysis reads the licensed opening through Pu's attempts to help Yusuke; neither ordeal's completion is included.

Kurama's opponent promises anything once a plant threatens him, but tries to escape pressure by breaking the barrier with his sword. The smoke clears and Kurama returns to his human appearance; the bargain has not produced a dependable answer. The chapter then trades the visible menace of that transformation for a small creature struggling to bring Yusuke water. Yusuke cannot move without pain and fears that sleeping will end his life. Pu gets a little water to him, falls, and keeps trying despite being in worse condition than Yusuke first understood. The creature's weakness makes the help costly. This pause is not another demonstration of the biggest fighter winning. It places continued effort in a body barely capable of carrying the needed thing.
