The next volume's description confirms that reconstruction follows the devil's defeat, so the reading boundary can be discussed without guessing at a chapter number. Even so, an end to fighting is a limited kind of closure. Reading onward into the aftermath tests what victory has actually settled, and prevents the defeat of a common enemy from standing in for the kingdom's complete recovery.
