My Hero Academia 7 opens with Iida, Midoriya and Todoroki still fighting Stain. Chapters 54–62 continue an encounter already under way, so this is a poor starting point for the series or an isolated victory story. The licensed opening pauses inside the fight to examine what Iida inherited from his brother and what he has done with it. The reading ends during the students' resistance, before the confrontation's result or its aftermath.

Iida remembers his brother praising people who take lost children to safety. That modest definition of heroism cuts against his present attempt to avenge him: his friends are bleeding to protect him while another injured hero still needs rescue. Iida recognizes the contradiction without surrendering the name Ingenium. His insistence that breaking would make Ingenium dead concerns the identity he is carrying; it does not announce his brother's physical death. Stain correctly identifies his selfish purpose, then treats character as too fixed to change. Iida's apology and renewed effort challenge that verdict within the scene. Midoriya meanwhile studies how Stain acts under pressure rather than accepting every claim about him. Moral clarity and tactical certainty arrive unevenly. The opening leaves both the rescue and the fight unfinished.
