Land of the Lustrous is complete in 13 Kodansha paperbacks; the last arrived in November 2025 after long gaps. Kodansha lists one paperback per volume.
Land of the Lustrous is complete in English in 13 Kodansha paperbacks, and Vol. 13 is marked final. Kodansha and Penguin Random House list one paperback per volume, so the route is Vols. 1 to 13 in order. The English run took more than eight years, and the last three volumes each came after a gap of a year and a half or more.

Where to start
Vol. 1. Kodansha’s copy: Phosphophyllite, “the most fragile and brittle of gems,” longs to join the battle against the lunarians but is instead “assigned to complete a natural history of their world,” and the job brings Phos “into contact with Cinnabar, a gem forced to live in isolation.” Kodansha also notes the series has been made into an anime.
